Job Description

Description of the role: As the Activities Director at Regency Care of Silver Spring, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of engaging activities for residents to promote socialization and well-being. Responsibilities:

Organize and conduct recreational programs such as arts and crafts, games, and outings.
Create a monthly activities calendar and ensure activities are varied and appealing to residents.
Work closely with staff to coordinate special events and holiday celebrations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to be creative and flexible in designing activities for diverse resident populations.
