As our Activities Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents’ days are packed with engaging, creative, and inspiring activities.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, organize, and lead a variety of fun activities and events (think arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, themed parties, and more!)
Create programs that cater to different interests, abilities, and needs to make sure every resident has something to look forward to.
Engage residents in exciting group activities, ensuring they stay physically, mentally, and socially active.
Collaborate with staff to plan seasonal events, holiday celebrations, and surprise surprises that bring everyone together.
Create a warm and positive environment where every resident feels included, heard, and appreciated.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a creative thinker who loves planning and organizing fun and meaningful experiences for others.
You have a passion for senior care and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
You’re an excellent communicator, able to engage residents, families, and staff alike.
You’re flexible, empathetic, and understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment.
Experience in activity planning or senior care is a plus, but a heart full of enthusiasm and a love for making people smile is the key!
