Cleaning Technician – Sioux Falls, SD

Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning and restoring contents after a fire. Also responsible for deep cleaning with a focus on new construction, remodels, and ownership transfers.

Essential Functions:

• Document, pack, and transfer all viable contents after a fire
• Utilize special equipment and chemicals to clean and restore contents
• Perform set up and clean up tasks at job sites
• Deep cleaning including scrubbing walls, counters, cabinets, and floors
• Surface cleaning including dusting and vacuuming
• Cross-train to assist with water mitigation and janitorial tasks

Experience and Education:

• High School Graduate or GED Required
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Required
• Ability to pass a background check Required

Physical Demands

• Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures including both in the office and in the field
