Your tasks

• Planning and Implementation of Training: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and administration of pilot and TC-HEMS training in the Crew Training Department.
• Creation and maintenance of training documents: You will participate in the creation and maintenance of training manuals and training plans for the ATO and in the implementation of theoretical and practical training modules.
• Coordination of training: You coordinate internal and external training.
• Training Needs Analysis: You are responsible for conducting needs analyses for internal training and monitoring the internal training plan to ensure training efficiency and quality.
• Operator training: You conduct on-site operator training to meet operational requirements and ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Flight experience and type rating: You hold type ratings for EC135/635 and EC145 (BK117) with at least 500 hours of flight experience on one of these types. Additionally, you hold an ATPL-H with an instructor rating for Fl(H)/TRI(H) for MET and MPH.
• Professional experience: You can demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in the flight school of a civil ATO.
• Examiner authorization: You hold an examiner authorization TRE(H) for MET and MPH.
• Total flight experience: You have at least 2000 hours of total flight experience, including at least 500 hours of experience as an instructor, at least 200 hours of night flight experience, a rating for night flights with NVG and at least 100 hours of NVG flight experience.
• Experience in training and air rescue : You are experienced in the use of FFS in training and in air rescue services.
• Willingness to undertake further training: You are willing to acquire additional teaching and examining qualifications Fl(H), FIE(H) and IRE(H).
• Language skills and IT skills: You have very good written and spoken English skills and are proficient in using MS Office.
• Social skills: You are distinguished by your strong social skills and your enjoyment of imparting technical knowledge.
