Your New Role

• Take the lead on HVAC installation projects throughout Tampa, FL, and within a 50-mile radius

• Supervise and support your crew to ensure every installation is completed to the highest quality standards

• Interpret blueprints and manage day-to-day project logistics with a focus on planning and coordination

• Work primarily in commercial kitchens, restaurants, retail spaces, and industrial settings

• Ensure safe and efficient use of tools and equipment while holding your team to safety and productivity expectations

• Serve as the key point of contact for your crew, clients, and foremen—solving on-site challenges and keeping projects on track through proactive leadership

• 3+ years, preferably commercial or industrial HVAC installation work

• Seeking both Entry-Level HVAC Installers and experienced Lead Installers/Foremen to join our team—whether you're starting your career in HVAC or bringing years of leadership and hands-on installation experience, we have opportunities tailored to your skill level.

• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• HVAC Installers must have their own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in varied environments including restaurants, retail, and industrial sites
