Position Summary
Lyons & Pinner is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant responsible for assisting Department and Project Managers with routine clerical and data entry duties such as answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, or ordering office supplies. The individual in this role is also responsible for creating work orders in the ERP System and supporting the Estimating Department with preparing bid documents. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience multi-tasking multiple, competing priorities in an office setting, preferably in the construction industry.
