About the Role
The Event Assistant supports the planning and execution of events, brand activations, and promotional activities. Perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
Greet attendees, answer questions, and support event staff.
Help distribute promotional materials and manage event supplies.
Support event logistics and ensure smooth operations.
Assist with tracking attendance and gathering customer feedback.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible or weekend hours for events.
Comfortable in fast-paced, active environments.
