Compensation Range: $28.00 - $32.00/hourly

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute sophisticated, custom floral arrangements for luxury weddings, corporate galas, and special occasions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life with flawless attention to detail.
• Maintain a strong pulse on floral trends, techniques, and seasonal aesthetics to keep designs fresh and inspiring.
• Assist in on-site event setup and installation, ensuring every bloom is picture-perfect.
• Oversee floral inventory and quality control to guarantee only the freshest product is used.
• Work closely with event planners and team members to ensure seamless integration of florals into the overall event design.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in creating high-end, custom floral arrangements for events, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• A sophisticated eye for design, color theory, composition, and current trends in luxury floral artistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret client needs and translate them into stunning floral designs.
• Deep knowledge of floral care, construction techniques, and product sourcing; comfort working with a wide variety of fresh and dried florals.
• Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with setup, transport, and installation of floral designs at weddings, corporate functions, and luxury events.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to lift, move, and arrange floral materials as needed.
