Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is actively seeking a licensed and experienced General Plumber to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Allentown, Pennsylvania area. This is an outstanding opportunity for plumbing professionals who want flexible hours and high earning potential— earn $2,000 to $3,000 per week depending on workload and project scope.
We are especially looking for plumbers who can service clients within a 25-mile radius around Allentown , allowing us to deliver prompt and reliable service throughout the Lehigh Valley and nearby communities .
⭐️ Licensed plumbers will receive priority consideration.
Plumbing Installations and Repairs : Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks including leak detection, pipe repair, drain cleaning, water heater installation, fixture replacement, and general plumbing maintenance.
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis : Accurately identify plumbing issues and implement long-term solutions.
Work Order Completion : Complete jobs efficiently, professionally, and within the scheduled time.
High-Quality Workmanship : Consistently maintain quality standards and client expectations.
Safety Compliance : Follow all relevant safety procedures, building codes, and plumbing regulations.
Client Interaction : Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
Tools and Transportation : You must supply your own tools and have a dependable, insured vehicle for transportation to job sites.
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
Familiarity with Pennsylvania plumbing codes and safety regulations
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid plumbing license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Full set of plumbing tools
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Must be able to cover a 50-mile radius around Allentown
