Job Summary:

• As the Head of AI Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise- wide AI strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• You will work across departments to identify opportunities where AI can drive automation, enhance decision-making, and improve customer interactions.
• This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to oversee the adoption and governance of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns
• with company goals, ensuring AI-driven innovation across all business units.
• AI Roadmap: Define a multi-year roadmap for AI adoption, prioritizing initiatives based
• on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
• Collaboration & Integration: Partner with IT, data science, product, risk, compliance, and customer experience teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities in mortgage processing, underwriting, risk assessment, and customer service.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Leverage AI-powered chatbots, predictive
• analytics, and personalization to improve borrower engagement and satisfaction.
• Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure AI-driven impact on business performance and continuously optimize AI models and strategies.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in a financial services or mortgage lending environment.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations in financial services.
• Experience working with large datasets, predictive modeling, NLP, and AI-driven automation.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or related field preferred.
