A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB:

A \ Host/Hostess\ is responsible for representing the company as the initial point of contact to guest. They provide guests with service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the Host/Hostess position with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

• Provides a friendly welcome and warm goodbye to all of our guests as to best contribute to our mission of a “great dining experience from beginning to end”
• Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all company service standards
• Practices proper food handling and the sanitation of work areas
• Provides accurate wait times and recommends other waiting options (bar seating) to our guests

A \ Busser \ is responsible for representing and living up to our company standards. They provide guests with service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to make sure all areas are clean and compliant with sanitation specifications.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the \Busser\ position with  Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

• Serves our guests by maintaining clean dining areas, tables, chairs, etc.
• Adheres to all food sanitation and workplace safety standards
• Maintains proper table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to spills or other special requests from our guests
