What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC projects from pre-construction through turnover, overseeing scheduling, manpower
- Supervise field crews & subcontractors
- Manage schedules, materials, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with GCs, trades, and inspectors
- Ensure quality control & compliance with mechanical codes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC field/project management experience or similar role in mechanical construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Strong time management, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
