Managing class and individual commercial and employment litigation for the Company and its subsidiaries (substantive areas include general commercial, employment, consumer, landlord/tenant, intellectual property including copyright, trademarks and patents and construction disputes.). Providing regular reports to the Vice President - Litigation and relevant management of all litigation and related matters. Assisting outside counsel in responding to discovery and developing defense strategies including consideration of early resolution.\
