Attorney will advise and assist with acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of business combinations involving hospitals and health systems, surgery centers and other outpatient centers, physician groups, and private equity clients in a variety of transactions while assisting with regulatory components and overlay of the healthcare industry. Attorney will advise and assist with private placements of securities, including managing the legal aspects of the day-to-day operation of joint ventures with physicians, non-profits and other third parties. Attorney will advise and assist on matters of corporate governance, compliance and organizational structure and work with other internal corporate departments, as needed, to accomplish company goals in these areas.
