We are seeking a IT Field Service Technician with expertise in Windows Networking and Desktop Support to drive technical excellence. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations. Your contributions will enhance our company's efficiency and impact on society by providing reliable technical support. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the technical support team in providing exceptional service for Windows Networking and Desktop Support. + Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. + Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure improvements. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations. + Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. + Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions. + Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products. + Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated on the latest technologies and best practices. + Analyze and report on technical support metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions. + Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to support business objectives. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technical issues and resolutions. + Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. **What will help you stand out (preferred skills)** + Possess strong expertise in Windows operating systems and related technologies. + Demonstrate proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills in desktop support scenarios. + Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. + Show the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. + Display strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. + Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. + CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals Based on this role's business requirements, this is an Onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client office in Chino or Pico Rivera, California. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until July 25, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $57,500 to $70,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
