About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our team in a learning-focused, hands-on role. You’ll start by reviewing and analyzing code, helping QA teams, and learning how our systems work. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to full-cycle development and gradually begin contributing to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze existing code to understand how our product works
Collaborate with senior developers to support testing and documentation
Help identify bugs or issues and suggest improvements
Learn our systems, architecture, and coding standards
Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
What You Bring
A strong interest in software development and tech
Either 1–2 years of experience or a degree/bootcamp in a tech field
Basic understanding of programming concepts (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
A curious mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
