Interested candidates should have experience within all areas of Mortgage- from A-Z ( Processing- Closing, Underwriting, compliance).

This is a small company, you will be working in all departments

Responsibilities of the Jr Operations Manager

• Assist operations Manager with all duties
• Including Processing, Closing, pre-Underwriting and compliance.

Requirements of the Jr Operations Manager

• Must have experience in all areas of the Mortgage Industry
• Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude to drive production to achieve ambitious results.
• Established ability to identify and develop associates with leadership or other skills for succession planning.
