Outside Sales Rep - JPC71
Pay: $40,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, technical sales, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Achieve territory sales growth and customer retention goals.
Sell the entire line of company products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and increase market share within the territory.
Predict, set, monitor, and achieve territory sales growth goals in accordance with company strategy.
Seek and nurture direct sales and customer relationships.
Generate new business and manage sales of assigned territory to drive revenue.
Track channel accomplishments and achieve financial objectives.
Improve upon existing and seek new product sales opportunities.
Communicate and document all information to internal team members.
Work with manufacturers and distributors to develop and manage markets and territories.
Work with the Sales Manager to create a territory sales plan and provide monthly plan status updates.
Document all activity such as dials, leads, and customer information into Salesforce.
Schedule time with the Sales Manager for continuous education and training, including technical, product, and application research, as well as sales and non-sales activities.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher required, with a focus in a business-related field preferred.
Three to five years' experience in outside sales, or three to five years of B2B inside sales combined with a minimum of one year in outside sales.
Experience selling to automotive, heavy machinery, industrial manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
Technical sales and/or experience working with rubbers and/or plastics preferred.
Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to work from a home office (1-3 days per week) and travel to clients (65% of the time).
Strong organization, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work, problem solve, and close business comfortably in a remote environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle change quickly and gracefully, adopt new techniques, and prioritize as departmental or customer needs dictate.
