Per Diem Bilingual Spanish Speaking CMA, LPN or Phlebotomist
Location: Chicago, IL.
Job Type : Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: CMA, CNA, Phlebotomists, Paramedics $30/ hr; LPN $35/ hr.
Schedule: July 14 – 17 (10am – 7:30pm); July 22 (5am – 2:30pm); July 23 (12pm – 11:30pm).

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a committed and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator with experience in phlebotomy to assist patients in making referral appointments and perform skilled specimen collections for employees of a private business in Chicago, IL. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a supportive environment. Will consider an LPN, Phlebotomist, or a CNA/ MA and Paramedic with phlebotomy experience (Phlebotomy certificate preferred).
