Staff Physician

Responsibilities

Patient Care/Clinical Outcomes:

• Provide direct patient care in a clinic-based setting, setting a standard for exceptional patient care.
  
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
  
• Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.
  
• Create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff, fostering collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward.
  

Patient, Employer, Payer Experience:

• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
  
• Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Orange Book values for all clinic staff.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Active and unrestricted license.
  
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
  
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
