Our client is a global manufacturing organization that is growing rapidly in the United States. Their business continues to thrive throughout 2025, and due to internal promotion, they are looking to hire a new Plant Manager.   There are over 500 employees who work at this non-union facility, and they provide excellent internal growth opportunities, excellent benefits, bonus structures and the ability to work laterally with high-level VPs and Directors.

Main duties of the Plant Manager include:
Lead all production, warehousing/distribution, and KPI’s for a non-union manufacturing facility of roughly 80 personnel
Identify ways to improve safety throughout the facility
Develop the annual plant budget and use gap analysis and forecasting methods to strategically ensure the plant is exceeding all company goals
Lead plant capital projects
Use Lean, CI, and Six Sigma tools to optimize plant processes (stamping, welding, shipping/receiving and automation)
Ensure the plant is in compliance with EPA, OSHA and DOT standards and regulations
Regularly participate in meetings with high-level VPs and Directors at the Corporate site (also in Indiana)
Aid in ISO auditing

Qualifications include:
BS degree (Master’s degree strongly preferred)
At least 10 years of experience leading manufacturing operations as a Plant Manager
Strong desire to move up within an organization (to VP or Director level)
Lean or Six Sigma certifications strongly desired
