Job Description

Fabtronic Inc. is seeking an experienced Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead to join our team. As a Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and leading a team of operators to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lead a team of operators, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Perform mold changeovers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plastic mold injection operator
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines
• Knowledge of mold setup and changeover procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Benefits

Pay based on experience, work 4 day work weeks , health insurance. Usually 3 day weekends unless our work load is heavy
