We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong leadership skills that is looking to join a company who prides themselves on “doing the right thing”, puts their customers first, and takes great care of its employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full projects from ideation to production. Candidate must also have experience in plastics manufacturing, such as injection molding, blow molding, or other high-volume polymer processing and has managed technical projects on the production floor.
Responsibilities
· Manage multiple complex projects at the same time for newer product launches.
· Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities.
· Ensure that the projects are completed within budget and time while working with the quality, production, and sales teams.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the engineering field.
· Manufacturing process experience.
· Familiarity with Solidworks.
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Experience in plastics manufacturing, such as injection molding, blow molding, or other high-volume polymer processing
