JOB CODE: (850411_CO) PT/Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
LOCATION: Roaring Fork Valley (CO)
Enjoy a relocation bonus as well as available student loan repayment assistance* with this great opportunity to join Western Colorado's premier healthcare facility expanding their physical therapy Outpatient Rehab Departments. Seeking experienced Physical therapists to provide outpatient Physical Therapy care that will include evaluating patients and developing and implementing an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.
Schedule: 4 - 10 hours days a week (Physical Therapy Services are offered Monday - Saturday)
*Relocation Bonus for those who qualify (requires a 2 year commitment). Internal candidates are not eligible. Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
3-5 years of Physical Therapy Experience is required
BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date
