Real Estate Attorney - Conshohocken, Pa - $150-225k

Commercial office real estate group in Conshohocken is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team!

The real estate attorney will play a crucial role in ensuring the legality and smooth execution of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Document Preparation and Review:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, purchase agreements, leases, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and legality of all real estate-related paperwork.
• Title Examination and Due Diligence:
  • Conducting title searches to identify any liens, encumbrances, or other issues that could affect property ownership.
  • Performing due diligence to assess potential risks associated with a real estate transaction.
• Transaction Management:
  • Facilitating real estate closings and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions.
• Legal Counsel and Representation:
  • Advising clients on legal rights and responsibilities related to real estate.
  • Representing clients in real estate disputes, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Providing counsel regarding zoning laws, land use, and other regulatory matters.
• Compliance and Regulatory Matters:
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Addressing zoning and land use issues.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in PA, DE and/or NJ.
• Knowledge and Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate law and transactions.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Familiarity with real estate finance and closing procedures.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
