$40,000 per year plus performance-based incentives
Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Weekend availability as needed

In this Restoration Estimator role based in Sterling, VA, you'll take the lead on assessing property damage and turning complex restoration needs into successful projects. You’ll:
Meet with property owners after incidents and assess damage onsite
Scope projects and build detailed estimates using Xactimate
Present solutions and close restoration projects with professionalism
Work with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth execution
Keep your pipeline active through follow-ups and local networking
Represent the brand with integrity and confidence in the field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in restoration or construction (field work or technician roles preferred)
Strong understanding of mitigation and reconstruction processes
Proficiency in Xactimate is required
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your workflow
Comfortable growing a personal project pipeline over time
Must live in or near Sterling, VA, and be able to travel within the local service area
Experience with Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or CRM systems is a bonus
