Rate: $20/hr on W2 without benefits

Job Description:
The Revenue Coordinator will support administrative functions, mail processing, correspondence, document management, and assist leadership with miscellaneous office tasks. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Candidate must be comfortable with daily office duties and working in a team setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks, bulk projects, printing, mailing, and sending appeals
  • Handling new hire equipment and assisting leadership with miscellaneous office duties
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Collating backup documents for refund checks
  • Stuffing envelopes, ensuring daily mail pickup/drop-off
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets with daily imaging batch deliveries
  • Mailing compliance refunds with certified return receipt
  • Printing and mailing outgoing correspondence
  • Processing and distributing physical and virtual incoming mail/faxes
  • Submitting IT tickets for printer/SPM issues and informing leadership
  • Reviewing CAT refund packets for proper Signature Authority
  • Running refund files for Accounts Payable (CAT), and re-mailing returned refund checks
  • Processing CAT program load twice daily
  • Monitoring shared email inbox (Tacoma Refunds) and responding promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and patient information per HIPAA and DaVita policies
  • Adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations
  • Maintain consistent, regular, and punctual attendance
  • Participate in team settings and collaborative work environments

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer competency: typing, troubleshooting, and navigation
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer technology
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet separate SLAs

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare experience; insurance or revenue cycle experience is a plus
  • Office administrative or assistant experience
  • Prior in-office assistant or management experience
