We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Specialist to handle paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, i.e Youtube & Meta (Facebook & Instagram) The ideal candidate should have **proven experience in ad campaign strategy, optimization, and budget management** to maximize reach and engagement.
* Develop and execute **data-driven paid advertising strategies**.
* Manage ad campaigns on social media platforms.
* Optimize campaigns to increase conversions while maintaining budget efficiency.
* Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
* Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and audience targeting.
* Ensure compliance with ad policies and platform guidelines.
* Collaborate with the creative team for ad content production.
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
* **2+ years of experience** in digital advertising and media buying.
* Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager**
* Strong analytical skills and experience using **Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools**.
