Join our vibrant street team and be the face of Soccer Stars at various promotional events! As a Street Team Promoter, you'll play a key role in spreading the word about our exciting children's soccer programs. Engage with families, distribute promotional materials, and create a fun and memorable experience that encourages participation and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Event Presence:
• Represent Soccer Stars at local community events, fairs, sports tournaments, and other relevant gatherings.
• Set up and maintain an inviting booth or area that showcases our brand, programs, and merchandise.
• Engagement:
• Approach families and attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about our available programs.
• Share the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our soccer programs with enthusiasm.
• Marketing Materials:
• Printing, counting, distributing flyers
• Hand out brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to event attendees, ensuring they have all the information they need to learn about our programs.
• Collect contact information from interested families for follow-up.
• Brand Knowledge:
• Acquire a strong understanding of Soccer Star's mission, values, programs, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to event attendees.
• Feedback Collection:
• Listen to inquiries, suggestions, and feedback from attendees, and relay these insights to the marketing and management teams for continuous improvement.
• Promotion of Special Offers:
• Share information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and upcoming events to encourage sign-ups and participation.
• Professionalism:
• Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a Brand Ambassador role (preferred) 
• Enthusiasm for children's sports and a basic understanding of soccer.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing and interacting with people for extended periods.
• Availability to work on weekends and occasional evenings.
