The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with ENTER_ACCOUNTING_EXPERTISE.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the HR Tech industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
